Today was one of those spring days in Indiana where the weather is perfect. We get about two in the spring and about five in the fall. Warm temperatures, low humidity, and sunshine. It was so nice that I took two walks and a bike ride. My husband took a bike ride and a walk. And my daughters rode bikes together. Every bike in the household was used today, and at three different times.

I can’t help but think that little of that outdoor activity would have happened if it weren’t for the COVID crisis. We’d have been at our offices and schools, and we wouldn’t have had the chance to get out and enjoy the weather.

I’ll take my silver linings where I can find them.
