A few weeks back I wrote about ShoreTrips and how much I like them. Well, now I like them even more. For our cancelled cruise, we had two excursions scheduled with ShoreTrips. Our cruise was cancelled on March 14, and within the same business day, ShoreTrips had refunded our fees. The refund showed up on our credit card within a week, and that was that. For our non refundable excursions.
By way of comparison, Norwegian told us that they would have a form available in nine days to request the refund, and we would receive our refund within 90 days of making the request. I understand that Norwegian has a lot more refunds to make, but I don’t understand why it takes nine days to create the form. It seems like there’s a lack of urgency there.
